The add-on doesn't switch off: it goes quiet. Paid features stop, no data is deleted and the panel behaves like the free Hub again. An expired license keeps working for 14 more days, and everything comes back as soon as you renew.
Each key activates on the number of Hubs shown in your account. The sites connected to that Hub don't count. If you move servers, release the old Hub from My account.
From My account → Billing and renewal. If you cancel, the license stays active until the end of the paid period.
No. The analyst uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, and that provider bills the usage. Everything else works without AI.
