What to know before
you connect your first site.
Do I need to change my clients' hosting?
No. You install Tendrix Hub on the WordPress site you run your agency from, and Tendrix Connector on each client site. Sites stay on their own hosting; the Hub and the connectors just need to reach each other over HTTPS.
Does Tendrix make changes without my approval?
You can work with manual approval. You review the proposed actions and decide which ones to run. Autonomous mode is optional and limited to the scope you set for each site.
Do I have to use artificial intelligence?
No. Audits and monitoring work without AI. For assisted analysis and proposals, you can connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Those providers bill their usage separately.
Can I deliver reports with my agency's branding?
Yes. You can set the name, logo, color and footer of your reports, share them with a link, and print them or save them as PDF from the browser.
Which SEO plugins can I edit metadata with?
The current version applies title and description changes with Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress. Which actions are available depends on the plugins installed on the site.
Do updates include a full backup?
Tendrix saves a copy of the plugin files before updating and then checks the pages: if one went blank, lost its title or shows a PHP warning, it restores the copy. This protection doesn't replace a full backup of files and database, or testing on staging first.
What's free and what's Pro?
Hub, Connector, Forms, Chat and Consent are free. The free Hub connects all your sites, with no limit. Tendrix Pro is an add-on with a yearly license that adds the AI analyst, branded reports, file integrity, domain and DNS, channel alerts and multi-agency. You can buy and download it from Tendrix Pro.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Pro features stop 14 days after expiry and the panel works like the free Hub again. When you renew, everything comes back.
