WHAT IT DOES
In many markets most enquiries never go through a form: people tap WhatsApp. Tendrix Chat counts every tap with its source, so a campaign that brings conversations does not look like it brings nothing.
- One button for WhatsApp, phone and email, or a small menu when there are several.
- Pre-filled WhatsApp message, text, color, position and opening hours.
- Counts each tap per day, channel and campaign.
- Pushes a dataLayer event to measure it as a conversion in Google Ads or GA4.
WHAT IT NEVER DOES
- Add a tap to the enquiries: opening WhatsApp is not writing, so it is counted as a contact started.
- Store IP addresses or a row per visitor, or load third-party scripts.
