A CONNECTION WITH PURPOSE

Two plugins.
The context, in one place.

Install the Hub on your management WordPress site and a Connector on each client site. You don't need to migrate their hosting.

H

Tendrix Hub

Centralizes each site's information. From there you check findings, prepare actions and generate reports.

  • Portfolio status and priorities
  • History and context for each client
  • Policy and analysis settings
C

Tendrix Connector

Gathers inventory and diagnoses on the client's WordPress site. Receives the actions approved by the Hub.

  • Site and plugin data
  • Authenticated communication with the Hub
  • Execution within the allowed scope
01 / SECURITY AND MONITORING

Finding out in time
changes the next step.

Review security signals, pending updates and known vulnerabilities. Add uptime monitoring to spot sites that need a review.

  • Inventory of installed versions
  • Findings organized by site
  • Visibility to prioritize interventions

Checks help detect risks. They don't guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities or replace a security strategy.

SEO REVIEW

A clear title.
A description that communicates.

Review metadata and suggest improvements from the site's real context.

Conceptual diagram; the bars don't represent measurements.
02 / PERFORMANCE AND SEO

Understand what to improve.
And where to start.

Connect PageSpeed Insights to check web metrics and complement that information with SEO audits of the site.

  • Visible performance opportunities
  • Title and description review
  • Metadata changes with compatible plugins
Yoast SEORank MathSEOPress
03 / OPTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

More context.
Better questions.

Connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key to analyze findings, talk through each site and prepare actions you can review.

  • Analysis based on the client's information
  • Proposals with concrete goals
  • Optional AI, depending on what your operation needs

AI provider usage is billed separately. Audits and monitoring can work without AI.

04 / BRANDED REPORTS

Maintenance
should be communicated too.

Turn technical results into a report that carries your agency's name, logo and colors.

  • Customizable visual identity
  • Link to share with the client
  • Print or save as PDF from the browser
05 / CLEAR RULES

Automate with judgment.
Keep the decision.

Work with manual approval. If you choose autonomous mode, set what it can run on each site.

01

Review

Understand the finding and the proposed action.

02

Approve

Choose which changes you want to run.

03

Verify

Check the result and its log.

Copying a plugin's files before updating doesn't replace a full backup of files and database, or a test on staging.

06 / SAFE UPDATES

Updating shouldn't
be scary anymore.

Before updating, the Connector copies the plugin and measures each sampled page: HTTP code, weight, words and heading. Then it measures again. If a page went blank, lost its title or started showing a PHP warning, it restores the copy and the panel tells you which page failed.

  • Core and plugin integrity against the official wordpress.org checksums
  • Executable PHP inside uploads, detected
  • Domain expiry, changes to A and MX records, SPF and DMARC
  • Alerts by email, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram or webhook

The free Hub checks the home page; Pro checks the whole page sample. File integrity is a canary, not an antivirus.

07 / YOUR WHOLE PORTFOLIO · PRO

Forty sites
aren't forty rows.

Pro looks at your whole portfolio and tells you where to start.

ASK AND PRIORITIZE

Weekly summary and questions

An email with which client to handle first, and a box to ask “which sites are still on PHP 8.0 with WooCommerce?”. The answer is a filter validated by the Hub, never SQL.

  • Autonomous agent limited by each client's policy
  • Proposal acceptance and effectiveness, measured
SHOW THE VALUE

Hours saved and images

What Tendrix did during the month turned into hours, in your branded report. And the client's media library, sorted by weight, recompressed without renaming and with an undo option.

  • Multi-agency with branding and keys per agency
  • Access to the client's dashboard with a single-use link
Available with Tendrix Pro. See plans →
08 / LEAD CAPTURE AND CONSENT

Let the report say
where clients come from.

Three free plugins for the client's site. The Hub gathers leads, started contacts and consent rate across your whole portfolio.

F

Tendrix Forms

Form builder with multi-step mode, a Gutenberg block and an Elementor widget. Records the campaign, channel and landing page of every enquiry.

  • Tracks Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro and Forminator forms without touching them
  • Delivery queue with retries and webhook
W

Tendrix Chat

WhatsApp, call and email button with business hours. Counts every tap by channel and campaign, and sends it to the dataLayer so you can measure it in Google Ads or GA4.

  • Started contacts kept apart from leads, never added together
  • Optional reference code in the message
C

Tendrix Consent

Banner with accept, reject and choose at the same level, prior blocking of Analytics, Ads, Meta, TikTok and more, and Google Consent Mode v2.

  • Starts by observing: shows what it would block before blocking
  • Consent log with no IP or user

What Forms stores is what the browser declared, not proof. Consent provides tools; compliance depends on each site.
